

Think boot camp fitness is intimidating?
Think again! The workouts during this trip are for everyone. There are progressions and regressions for every exercise allowing all fitness levels to participate. Participants are encouraged to have fun and push each other to their own limits, maximizing their own workout in a group environment.
What you’ll do!
• Body weight exercises (lunges, push ups), team relays, circuits and obstacle courses
• Fun cardiovascular and strength training workouts for everyone on the beach
• Dynamic warm-
