Think boot camp fitness is intimidating?

 

Think again!  The workouts are for everyone.  There are progressions and regressions for every exercise allowing all fitness levels to participate.  Participants are encouraged to have fun and push each other to their own limits, maximizing their own workout in a group environment.

Fitness for Moms, Dads, and Babies

• 4 weeks, June 23rd – July 23rd
• 10am Tuesday and Thursday mornings

One Parent :            $125
Two Parents :          $225

Strollercise is:
• Group fitness with Parents/Partners and Baby/Babies
• Relays, strength training, core
   and Mike’s famous ‘weights’
• A great way to meet other parents
• A fun, healthy activity for your whole family
