To sign up for a lesson:


1 - Please complete the following and pay online.


2 - Each participating party needs to download and bring their signed Waiver form to the beach for their lesson - Waiver Download.




Join Surf Ontario for Stand Up Paddle Boarding demos!  In one hour, you'll get an introductory SUP
 lesson and the chance to try up to 9 different SUPs.  As a demo participant, you will also receive
discounts on boards, paddles and more!

Bring your friends and choose from the follow times and locations.  Have a blast on the water this
summer for just $25 per person!  Book now, class size is limited to 9 paddlers.   
Surfing and SUP demo/lessons run from May to November, sign up for our newsletter and surf's up notification to stay in touch.
