Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, Surf Ontario offers a 15 day return policy from the time of pick up.  Equipment must be unused and in original condition.  Surf Ontario offers a 30 day credit or exchange for equipment unused and in original condition.  

Used or Demo boards are final sale.

Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is changed into a scrambled code, through a process called encryption, and stored in our database.  We may use personal information you share with us to occasionally contact you about products, services or promotions we think may be of interest to you. Shipping

Shipping to Thornhill Ontario is included in the price of all goods for sale at Surf Ontario. We will contact you with shipping/courier costs if you need it shipped from Thornhill.

Taxes

All boards and gear exclude taxes.

Buyers out of the province of Ontario will be subject to their applicable taxes. Please contact Surf Ontario prior to purchase.
