Enter Mike.  From day one, Mike and I clicked and worked well together.  A few personal training sessions has morphed into more than a year of working together.  I also joined his boot camp training which took place the spring/summer of 2007.

 

When I work out with Mike, I feel that I can accomplish anything.  He pushes me when I need to be pushed and always provides encouragement; especially on those low days when the scale does not move in the direction I had hoped!

The hour long sessions that I have (twice a week) are always filled with interesting activities.  I am certainly never bored and the hour passes by so quickly.  Strength training, core work, weights, cardio and stretching are a regular part of my sessions.
